Registration fees cover all workshops, concerts, exhibits and sessions.
Registration fees do NOT cover food, lodging, or travel.
 
Registrations include an assigned seat for the evening concerts.
General Sessions & Workshops are all GENERAL ADMISSION.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to attend, you have a couple of options. You can either switch over your registration to another individual, or you can contact us for refund. We retain 10% of the registration fee to cover various service fees.

Cancellations will not be refunded after October 29, 2010
(2 weeks prior to the event).
